Rm5000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the rm5000 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm5000 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you agree to be fully bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision stated herein, you are advised not to use our services.
Acceptance of these terms constitutes a legally binding contract between you as the user and the management of rm5000. This contract takes effect from the moment you complete the account registration process and click the registration confirmation button. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms shall also be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
The rm5000 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years and above only. Users who do not meet this age requirement are not permitted to register or use any services on this platform.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to register one account only at rm5000. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and any other details requested. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or closed, and any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. rm5000 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using another person's personal information during registration
- Sharing your account with any other party
- Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to manipulate games or transactions
- Using the platform for any illegal activities
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the rm5000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required. Supported deposit methods include FPX online banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and available local e-wallets.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by our processing system. Processing times vary depending on your chosen method — FPX deposits are typically completed within minutes, while other methods may take longer depending on your bank.
For withdrawals, users are required to fulfil all applicable rollover requirements (if any) before a withdrawal request is processed. rm5000 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits, as a standard security measure.
Rm5000 shall not be held liable for processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers, provided that our team has fulfilled all required procedures on our end.
Platform Usage Rules & Account Policy
Permitted Use
Users are permitted to use the rm5000 platform for personal entertainment purposes only — including following sports matches, playing available games, and managing their personal account. Use for commercial purposes, advertising, or any other purpose without written consent from rm5000 is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure
Rm5000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to suspect that the user has:
- Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activities
- Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner that contravenes the promotional terms
- Disrupting the operation of the platform or other users
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining funds in the account may be held pending investigation. rm5000's decision in such matters is final.
Limitation of Liability
The rm5000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of the platform at any time. rm5000 shall not be liable for any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All content on the rm5000 platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, images, and software code — is the property of rm5000 or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
The rm5000 brand and logo may not be used in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation with a third party without prior written consent.

Amendments & Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the rm5000 platform shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms & Conditions otherwise remain in full force and effect.
